Lord, I feel like I've been on the side of the pool that's safe. The side where my feet can touch the ground. Where I'm in the water up to my shoulders, but I still feel safe in my own power.

You are calling me to goo deeper. What does that mean? What does that look like? Letting go of the pool floor and trusting in you fully? Knowing that you won't let me drown. No longer leaning on my own abilities as a safety measure, but believing and trusting in you fully.

I thought that I was trusting you fully, but once everything was taken out of my control I see that I wasn't. I will no longer put my faith in myself. I will put my faith in the one who gave me my abilities. The Maker. The Almighty. The Everlasting God.
